ClientLogic Licenses E-Mail Marketing Software From Xchange

Electronic customer relationship management vendor Exchange Applications Inc., doing business as Xchange Inc., Boston, announced this week that ClientLogic, Nashville, TN, licensed its Xchange Dialogue software for e-mail marketing.

Xchange Dialogue for eMessaging helps marketers plan and execute targeted, opt-in e-mail campaigns and enables them to measure return on investment and other metrics such as click-through rates.

ClientLogic, a CRM services vendor, will use the software for sending electronic messages as the foundation of its new e-mail marketing service.

ClientLogic chose Xchange Dialogue as its worldwide e-messaging standard, citing global support, application service provider capabilities and robust architecture as its chief advantages. For example, Xchange's ability to translate 21 languages will help ClientLogic customers communicate more effectively with e-mail clients by ensuring that messages are relevant, personal and timely.

“Xchange Dialogue for eMessaging software gives us the tools to help our clients build long-term relationships with their customers, which leads to higher customer loyalty and, ultimately, higher profits,” said Bob Fetter, chief marketing officer of solution planning at ClientLogic.

Fetter said that while ClientLogic currently helps its clients analyze their databases, identify trends and develop e-campaigns to send to their opt-in customers, Xchange's software will help “complete the e-marketing loop and provide even greater value to our clients.”

ClientLogic will initially host Xchange Dialogue out of Xchange's Seattle application service provider facility, enabling ClientLogic to start offering its new service almost immediately, and migrate to its own systems soon.
