ClientLogic Specialists Marketing Services announced yesterday the implementation of e-mail order confirmation and shipping notification for list brokers.
Through the ClientLogic proprietary order-processing system, automated e-mails are sent to notify list brokers when their orders have been received and shipped.
“These are two more steps in our continued effort to provide the list brokerage community with world-class customer service,” Lon Mandel, chief marketing services officer at Weehawken, NJ-based ClientLogic Specialists Marketing Services, said in a statement.
In May, ClientLogic debuted Web-based broker and mailer list presentations.
