Subscriber STREAM 6 lets companies choreograph tailored correspondence to consumers based on behavior and customer preferences, delivering relevant offerings designed to acquire new subscribers, increase revenue per subscriber and improve monthly churn rates.
Click Tactics also reported that Atlantic Broadband, a top 20 U.S. cable operator with 250,000 customers along the East coast, will use Click Tactics to assist in creating and executing highly customized and time-driven subscriber communications programs.
