Internet direct marketer Click Tactics Inc. plans to open a new Atlanta facility that will manage system development, application services and technology support for the Charlotte, NC, company. Click Tactics hopes to make the move by March 1.
The company works in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets, managing its marketing clients’ databases. Click Tactics handles customer relationship management, clients’ lists, campaign design and analysis. Marketers working with Click Tactics can use the Web to carry out campaigns such as direct mail efforts.
The new 8,000-square-foot facility will house 20 employees, and Click Action anticipates the staff to grow to 50 by the end of the year. The company markets its services especially to small-to-medium brick-and-mortar companies wanting to move online.
