Claritas Inc., an intelligent-marketing information and target marketing services provider, announced a deal last week with Frontline Data Management in which Frontline will serve as Claritas' primary processor of business-to-business customer matching services.
Frontline, Mars, PA, is a software services company specializing in customer data integration and enhancement.
Chris Berry, vice president of direct marketing services at Claritas, San Diego, said the matching services are delivered through a Frontline software process that matches business customer files against Claritas' proprietary business databases. The main commercial file, Business-Facts, is the nation's most comprehensive database of U.S. business and employee counts.
Frontline created an interactive approach that has been “well received by our clients and the database marketing community,” he said.
