CJRW Named Agency of Record for eXchangeBridge

Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods, Little Rock, AR, an employee-owned advertising and marketing communications shop, has been named agency of record for eXchangeBridge, Atlanta, an online order-management and solutions provider serving marketers and suppliers in the consumer packaged goods industry.

eXchangeBridge helps online and offline retailers streamline relationships with direct marketing brokers, suppliers and shippers. The company and its solutions also help manage manufacturers’ order processing, invoicing, data mining and database maintenance, including relations with other vendors.

In addition to guiding eXchangeBridge’s branding and positioning as an Internet-based service, CJRW also will help the company convey its ability to support basic communications among trading partners. Much of that will be accomplished through the development of sales collaterals, branding and direct marketing materials in support of the company’s market expansion and public relations effort. The agency also will highlight one of eXchangeBridge’s key benefits to its business customers: monitoring and supporting all synchronized information flow required to help business partners maintain their efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Jim Heim, CEO at eXchangeBridge, said he was confident the agency would accomplish its goals because of its previous successes in developing campaigns for businesses in a wide variety of markets, including e-commerce.

“They put tremendous creativity and quality into their branding programs,” Heim said, “and their ability to produce top-quality branding is integral to success in today's highly competitive and constantly evolving e-commerce marketplace.”

Don Lenehan, CJRW senior vice president, said the agency was looking forward to providing eXchangeBridge with “full-scale brand awareness.”

Ken Goff, vice president of marketing at eXchangeBridge, said, “As competition among retailers increases, [our] solution brings more order, efficiency and cost savings to the entire consumer products supply chain. It’s a centralized, Web-accessible location for the quick and efficient exchange of synchronized supply-chain data between trading partners, which saves time and money while building better relationships.”

eXchangeBridge serves approximately 1,000 retailer, broker and manufacturer trade partners.

CJRW posted record capitalized billings this year of $75 million. The firm, founded in 1961, has 135 employees at its home office in Little Rock and at its Blackwood Martin offices in Fayetteville, AR.
