Chordiant Software Inc., Cupertino, CA, a customer relationship management software company, announced that total net revenue for 2001 grew by 126 percent over 2000 to $76 million for the year-end Dec. 31, 2001.
Fourth quarter 2001 revenues were $23.8 million, more than double the $11.6 million reported for the fourth quarter of 2000. Fourth-quarter license revenues were $12.8 million, up from $6.2 million the previous year. Service revenues were $11.1 million, up from $5.4 million a year earlier. During 2001, Chordiant added 50 engagements with new and existing customers. Chordiant now has approximately 165 customers and partners worldwide, the majority of which are listed among the Global 1000.
