CC3 Goes Transcontinental With Name Change

Direct marketing service firm CC3, which joined the Transcontinental family in December, has made the official identity switch to Transcontinental CC3, the company said yesterday.

As part of the switch, Transcontinental shifted its U.S. litho-printing capabilities to the Transcontinental CC3 business unit. Transcontinental bought CC3 in a stock-and-cash deal worth $106 million.

Transcontinental CC3, Ivyland, PA, is capable of producing 11 million litho-printed forms and laser-personalized letters daily. It has litho-printing capabilities available nationwide including 12 continuous form Web presses and two sheetfed presses.

It also offers end-to-end land-based and electronic capabilities and expanded database modeling and analytics.
