Shop2u.com, Fairfax, VA, has launched partnerships with four list brokerage firms to promote its Cooperative E-mail Program to catalog brokerage clients.
The list brokerage firms that have agreed to introduce catalog clients to the Shop2u program are 21st Century Marketing, Farmingdale, NY; Mokrynski & Associates Inc., Hackensack, NJ; RMI Direct Marketing Inc., Danbury, CT; and Uni-Mail List, New York. Brokers at these firms have a combined total of more than 800 clients.
Shop2u, an e-mail catalog provider, plans to announce eight additional partnerships with brokerage companies in the next few weeks.
Through participation in the program, list brokers are able to offer catalog clients all of Shop2u’s e-commerce products, including e-Catalog, e-Catalog of the Week, e-Catalog Sponsorship, Lead and Inquiry Fulfillment, and Multi-Merchant e-Catalog.
Catalogers can use the program to include personalized electronic catalogs from Shop2u in their e-mail marketing efforts.
In conjunction with the list broker, Shop2u will create and deploy e-catalog campaigns and will provide the broker and the mailer with monthly reporting.
Shop2u will deliver the e-catalogs to customers and requesters as well as prospects. Prospecting catalogers must agree to host a multimerchant e-catalog mailing to their house files in addition to outside lists.
Shop2u’s catalog clients include merchants such as The Company Store, Hammacher Schlemmer, Macy’s By Mail, Omaha Steaks and Panache.
