Bush Sr. Still on to Address DMA Fall Conference

Former President George Bush is still scheduled to be keynote speaker for the Direct Marketing Association's 84th Annual Fall Conference and Exhibition to be held in Chicago from Oct. 27-31.

Bush is expected to talk about current events, their effects on business and on global trade.

The last time Bush addressed direct marketers was in May 1997 as the featured speaker at Direct Marketing Days in New York at the Hilton.

At the time, he professed lightheartedly to know “not a damn thing” about direct marketing.
