BulletIN.net, Atlanta, a developer and supplier of two-way wireless Internet messaging products, last month introduced BulletIN Personal, a PC-based software solution providing users with the ability to receive e-mail on a wireless device.
The solution is designed for the small-office/home-office worker.
It is a CD-based product that is installed on an end-user’s PC and works with dial-up ISP connections as well as with direct (DSL or cable modem) Internet connections. Users can forward home or office e-mail directly to any short message service-capable wireless device.
According to BulletIN.net, the solution has numerous custom scheduling, filtering and forwarding options, and also allows users to decide which e-mail messages they receive while mobile and when they will receive them. It will be available in markets in which BulletIN.net has wireless carrier partnerships. Pricing will vary by carrier.
