Budget Rent a Car, Lisle, IL, and Pegasus Systems (www.pegsinc.com), Dallas, an e-commerce and transaction-processing solutions provider for hotels, announced an exclusive agreement this week where Budget will feature its cars on Pegasus' TravelWeb.com (www.travelweb.com) and TravelWeb.com will be the only hotel reservation provider featured on Budget's Web site (www.drivebudget.com).
The goal of the agreement, according to Budget Rent a Car, is to make it easier for consumers to book car rentals at the same time they are making their online hotel reservations and travel plans.
