Alliance Data Systems Corp. and Brylane Inc. signed a 10-year contract extension, they announced yesterday.
Alliance Data will continue providing private-label credit services to Brylane's catalog brands, including Chadwick's of Boston, Lane Bryant, Roaman's, Brylane Home, Brylane Home Kitchen, Lerner, King Size, Jessica London and La Redoute.
Alliance has provided private-label credit services for Brylane's multiple catalog and corollary Internet brands since 1986. It will continue providing services such as receivables funding, credit card marketing, billing and remittance processing and e-business services that complement Brylane's e-commerce efforts.
