Brookstone.com Chooses ClientLogic

Direct marketer Brookstone has selected ClientLogic Corp. to provide end-to-end fulfillment services — including sorting and packing technologies and customization services like gift wrap and handwritten gift cards — for Brookstone.com's online customer base.

ClientLogic said it is processing orders for more than 2,400 products and expects to ship more than 500,000 online orders for Brookstone.com annually.

“People shop online because of its convenience, selection and speed,” said Ranny Welton, vice president of operations at Brookstone, Nashua, NH. “It is critical that Brookstone.com customers have a positive online experience from start to finish concluding with the on-time, accurate physical receipt of their purchases.”

Welton said ClientLogic's fulfillment solution is designed for easy integration, allowing it to quickly mesh with Brookstone.com's customer care systems. In addition, she said, ClientLogic's ability to link to pre-existing platforms helped Brookstone.com get up and running in time to handle holiday orders.

ClientLogic will handle the Brookstone.com business from its Columbus, OH, facility.
