People's Bank has awarded the Broadway & Seymour Group a contract to provide its TouchPoint customer relationship management software for the bank's sales and service transactions.
People's Bank, Bridgeport, CT, plans on installing the software on more than 1,500 workstations in its branch offices as well as within some of its back-office operations.
TouchPoint lets institutions provide Web-based sales and service delivery from any point of contact, such as call centers, branch offices and the Internet. It is installed on more than 15,000 customer service workstations.

The Broadway & Seymour Group, of Science Applications International Corp., specializes in providing financial services institutions with systems integration, consulting and technology-based products for enterprise CRM.
