Brick Marketing debuts e-mail marketing blog

Internet marketing firm Brick Marketing has debuted its e-mail marketing blog, Email Marketing Journal.

The blog, at www.EmailMarketingJournal.com, aims to teach people about e-mail marketing and is written by Brick Marketing executives It will discuss various topics related to e-mail marketing, including basic how-to, spam, e-mail newsletters, design, list rental, open and click rates, subject lines and opt-in techniques.

“We have a network of Web site marketing blogs and the Email Marketing Journal is the latest addition to our network,” said Nick Stamoulis, founder/CEO of Brick Marketing. “Our goal with all of our blogs, especially the Email Marketing Journal, is to provide information for small to mid-size businesses. E-mail marketing has a bad connotation because of spam, and we want to educate these businesses about the benefits it can have when you follow best practices.”

Brick’s blog comes just after e-mail marketing firm StrongMail recently launched its e-mail blog at http://www.strongmail.com/resources/blogs, penned by its executive team. Habeas also debuted an e-mail wiki last week at www.ReputationWiki.org, which focuses on the importance of reputation to e-mail delivery.
