Customer relationship management vendor Unica Corp., Lincoln, MA, yesterday signed a partnership agreement with Braun Consulting, a Chicago-based CRM systems integrator.
The two firms will work closely to help online and offline customers integrate Unica's products with their existing IT infrastructure. In addition, Braun will establish a center of excellence to showcase Unica's analytical CRM and marketing automation systems.
Braun is currently helping customers deploy Affinium, Unica's cross-channel marketing suite for CRM. Affinium provides customers a complete solution, including data mining and predictive modeling, campaign and customer interaction management, real-time personalization and reporting.
