BrassRing had problems with deliverability and suffered by failing to deliver important communications to its clients. The firm has harnessed Redwood City, CA-based StrongMail’s transactional e-mails to connect employers, recruiters and candidates in an attempt to better its customer service.
The StrongMail platform manages bounce back and gives live deliverability updates to prevent ISP blocks or failures.
