Brainshark releases Email Marketing Best Practices Workshops

On-demand business communications firm Brainshark Inc. has recently added Email Marketing Best Practices Workshops and Rapid Results eMarketing Programs to its roster of professional services.

Its Email Marketing Best Practices Workshops, the first of a series of workshops by Brainshark, are designed to train e-mail marketers on how to execute campaigns. The four-hour session, delivered at the customer’s site, covers list selection and management, message design and delivery, response tracking, and more.

Integrated into the workshop is education on how to use the Brainshark on-demand business communication platform to personalize and track e-mail campaigns.

The other new service offering, Rapid Results eMarketing Programs, combines eMarketing campaign services with a limited license of the Brainshark platform for a specific campaign.
