E-mail marketing services firm Blue Sky Factory has partnered with e-commerce service firm Velaro Inc. to integrate live chat technology into e-mail marketing campaigns.
According to the terms of the deal, Velaro will power the Livefluence chat functionality in Blue Sky Factory’s e-mail marketing platform this summer, in conjunction with the pending release of Publicaster version 7.0. E-mail marketers using the Blue Sky Factory platform will now be able to offer live chat features within e-mail creative and interact with online visitors in real time.
Blue Sky Factory’s clients include Caribbean Tours & Cruises, Improv Comedy Clubs and 1st Mariner Bank.
