Blue Martini Software and IBM Corp. will develop four new solutions for IBM eServer systems used by retailers, the companies said yesterday.
The Blue Martini Retail Advantage Bundles, which are designed to automate retail CRM best practices, will be available for Clienteling, Gift Registry, Loyalty Programs and Relationship Marketing.
The bundles can be deployed across any retail channel including stores, Web sites, e-mail, direct mail and call centers. They will combine Blue Martini's Retail CRM applications with IBM's technology offerings. The bundles:
· Clienteling, which provides customers messages, targeted promotions, event details and suggested merchandise through store-based kiosks, point-of-sale devices, personal computers and wireless handheld devices.
· Gift Registry, which includes a multichannel wish list synchronized among the store, Web site, kiosks, wireless devices and call centers in real time.
· Loyalty Marketing, which will let retailers pull customer loyalty point levels from a data warehouse and automatically generate offers and communications via e-mail or when the point levels are nearing specified milestones.
· Relationship Marketing, which lets marketing and merchandising teams roll out event-triggered, multi-step campaigns across all sales channels cost-effectively. This bundle can be used as a stand-alone application or with existing sales and marketing applications.
