BigStep.com, San Francisco, yesterday entered into a multiyear alliance with America Online, Dulles, VA. BigStep’s e-business tools and services will be available across several AOL brands.
Netscape Netcenter and other AOL brands will offer BigStep’s free Internet-based store-building service and integrated commerce, marketing and communications tools through co-branded sites.
The tools are geared toward small businesses to help them build sites, create online catalogs, accept credit card orders, and generate traffic and revenue reports.
