Mattel’s most famous toy is turning 50 and people are coming out to celebrate. During NY’s fashion week in February, Barbie will wear the fashions of Diane Von Furstenberg, Anna Sui and Very Wang. In March,designer Jonathan Adler will build a real life Barbie dreamhouse in Malibu. And Parisian boutique Colette will exhibit special Barbie memoribilia. Happy Birthday Barbie!
