Chordiant Software Inc., a customer relationship management services vendor, said that the Bank of Ireland has selected Chordiant's Always-On CRM platform as the basis for a new customer excellence program.
Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Cupertino, CA-based Chordiant Software offers its Unified CRM Solution based on its branded platform strategy, the Intelligent Customer Interaction Management platform. The platform provides scalable building blocks for developing and integrating CRM software into customers' existing enterprisewide systems.

It includes a comprehensive business process engine, which allows companies to implement best business practices across multiple touch points.
