Back Up That Claim

I wonder if we might ask Tim O’Leary, author of “Stupid Client Tricks” in the July 24 issue, to deliver evidence of why he considers the “world of direct response marketing” “seedy” and “terrifying.” A full article, laden with facts and instances of both would be a minimum requirement. Surely we deserve better than this childish claim.
