Avenue A, a 3-year-old interactive marketing shop, has been named agency by GroupTrade.com Ltd. and by Financial News for its Web sites.
The Seattle agency will plan, buy, track and analyze Internet campaigns for GroupTrade, an online buying club for businesses, and for Financial News' eFinancialNews.com and eFinancialCareers.com.
For both clients, Avenue A will use keywords and media placements on targeted sites to boost the user base and ramp up sales volumes. In addition, it will work with GroupTrade's creative agency to analyze the effectiveness of banners.
