AT&T Broadband and Hewlett-Packard agreed yesterday to develop and market digital printing systems for interactive television.
Printing will be offered as part of AT&T’s Broadband Interactive TV, set to launch later this year.
Hewlett-Packard agreed to tie in its current line of interactive TV-compatible printers and introduce a VCR-like HP DeskJet e-printer designed specifically for the living room.
The e-printer is based on the HP DeskJet 600 series and will allow users to print items like e-mail, photos and tickets.
