The Arena Football League will use Firstwave Sports CRM solution to provide database integration and fan analysis, CRM provider Firstwave Technologies Inc., Atlanta, said yesterday.
By analyzing databases and customer support groups throughout the league, the AFL will obtain a single view of all data pertaining to an individual fan including demographics, purchasing history and preferences.
Firstwave Sports includes a league and event administration tool, online learning and certification for coaches and referees, venue management capabilities and a participant and fan management system. Firstwave Sports integrates with an organization's ticketing system to provide an integrated, comprehensive CRM and ticketing solution.
