Aprimo Marketing, Indianapolis, will plan, implement and analyze marketing campaigns for Tektronix Inc., Beaverton, OR, a test, measurement and monitoring company for the semiconductor, computer and telecommunications industries., Aprimo announced yesterday.
Aprimo will primarily use its Datamart, which captures and manages all customer interaction data, enabling Tektronix to target and efficiently use one-to-one marketing efforts.
“We log thousands of customer conversations each month,” said Bill Fitzgerald, director of marketing operations at Tektronix. “As we expand our Web capabilities, the depth of our customer knowledge will increase dramatically.”
