America Online, Dulles, VA, and American Airlines, Fort Worth, TX, recently announced “Your Summer Getaway,” an online program featuring sweepstakes offers for AOL members and Netscape users.
The sweepstakes will run every Thursday in June, offering the chance to win 1 million miles for AOL AAdvantage Rewards. In addition to travel, AOL AAdvantage miles can be redeemed for AOL services and retail items such as music, books and electronics.
The campaign will give away tens of millions of miles, according to the firms, and will allow viewers to sign up for the rewards program. Special travel deals will also be available as part of the online program.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
