APBNews.com, New York, made a programming agreement with America Online yesterday. APB News, which covers crime, justice and safety, will syndicate its news, information and data to several AOL brands.
APB News will provide regularly updated feeds of breaking news, features and personal safety information through co-branded sites available across AOL, AOL.com and Digital City.
The agreement includes news feeds to AOL, including exclusives; access for AOL.com users to APBNews.com’s Celebrity Mug Shot Gallery; a daily article on crime, justice or safety of interest to each location of Digital City, as available, along with summaries of other articles available at APBNews.com; and access for Digital City visitors to live police scanners in 28 major cities nationwide.
