Online insurance and financial services products provider Answer Financial has selected business intelligence software and service provider Verint Systems Inc.’s Ultra and its analytics suite to optimize its sales processes and enhance customer service.
Melville, NY-based Verint said Ultra will provide Answer Financial with the insight required to increase sales conversion rates and enhance the effectiveness of its customer support programs. Answer Financial said it is deploying Ultra to ensure that the needs of individual customers are better understood and then matched with the most appropriate programs and policies.
