Annuncio Software, Mountain View, CA, announced the general availability of Annuncio Live 2 yesterday, an enhanced version of its e-marketing automation software.
While both Annuncio Live and Annuncio Live 2 manage the e-marketing process – including campaign design and execution, audience segmentation and personalization, and reporting and results measurement – the new version adds scalability for high-volume e-marketing initiatives. In addition, the new version allows marketers to create high-impact Web documents with the software; easily create and manage recurring marketing programs, including welcome campaigns, birthday campaigns, and cross-sell and up-sell programs; and can make real-time changes to live campaigns, allowing clients to react quickly to customer responses and adjust messages and offers accordingly without having to pause current e-mail jobs or Web pages being served by the campaign.
Annuncio Live 2 is available now, and pricing starts in the $150,000 range. It is also available through the Annuncio ToGo hosting program, along with a full menu of marketing services.
Annuncio’s current solution is being used by companies such as eBay, Wells Fargo, Netscape, Lucent Technologies, ARTISTdirect and Tower Records.
