ClientSoft, Hawthorne, NY, a provider of e-business software solutions that link host computer systems to the Internet and wireless devices, earlier this month said it was selected by Andersen Consulting and Montgomery Research to provide online and print resource intelligence for the CRM project Managing Customer-Focused Technology for Competitive Advantage.
According to ClientSoft, it will be a jointly sponsored “examination of how business managers can easily integrate their marketing, sales and service channels,” by fusing legacy and real-time systems into one seamless source.
The project will be presented as both a boardroom-quality briefing book and an integrated Internet site later this month.
