Anchor Computer Releases AddressForward

Mailing services provider, Anchor Computer, Farmingdale, NY, has released the 3.0 version of AddressForward, its interface solution for the U.S. Postal Service's FastForward system. The new version includes features such as AutoPilot and Line-of-Travel Sequence.

The AutoPilot feature will allow users of FastForward to process their addresses automatically without user intervention. According to Anchor, AutoPilot initiates and terminates a session remotely, eliminating the need to log into the FastForward box to run a job. LOT is a USPS process that allows mailers to presort the mailing in delivery walk sequence. Anchor said that by using LOT, mailers can take advantage of Basic Enhanced Carrier Route Standard Mail rates and save on postage.
