Application service provider Alvion Technologies Inc., yesterday said that it acquired data processing firm IntraSource.
IntraSource has been renamed Alvion IntraSource, and founders Lana Cardinale and Greg Williams will lead the sales for it and Alvion. Alvion IntraSource and its staff will remain in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, where the firm has always been located.
Alvion, a sister company to marketing data provider AccuData America, was formed in 1999 in order to market its online count and order application, ListKey, to the list industry. Both firms are located in Cape Coral, FL.
IntraSource also developed a Web-based count and order system called IntraQuest, which will be integrated into the next version of ListKey.
