Alliance Data Systems Corp. said yesterday that it has acquired Frequency Marketing Inc., a provider of loyalty marketing services and technology based in Cincinnati.
Terms of the agreement were undisclosed.
Frequency is a 20-year-old firm that designs and operates loyalty marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. Dallas-based Alliance Data Systems is a provider of transaction services, credit services and marketing services.
Frequency will operate as a unit of Alliance Data Systems under the direction of Frequency's founder and CEO, Richard G. Barlow.
