ALC of New York LLC said yesterday that it will change its company name, mission and headquarters next month as well as open an office in Connecticut.
The new name, effective Dec. 1, will be Belardi/Ostroy ALC LLC after co-founders Donna Belardi and Andy Ostroy, who serve as president and chairman/CEO, respectively. American List Counsel and its chairman, Donn Rappaport, partnered with Belardi and Ostroy to form the company in 1997.
In conjunction with the name change, the company's Web site will be launched at www.BelardiOstroyALC.com on Dec. 1, and its new mission statement will be, “Superior service, thought partnership, unparalleled results — Others promise, we deliver.”
As of Dec. 5, Belardi/Ostroy ALC will move its New York City headquarters from 19 Union Square West to 16 W. 22nd St. and will open a location in Ridgefield, CT.
The changes reflect a shift to multichannel marketing, the company said. Earlier this year, ALC of NY formed strategic consulting division Growth Strategies Group to help marketers with their efforts across channels.
