ALC of New York LLC announced the formation yesterday of I-Media, a business unit for the management and brokerage of insert media and alternative media programs.
Executive vice president Brian DeLaite is in charge of the new division.
“Insert media is firmly back on the industry's radar screen. It continues to be a viable, cost-effective means of reaching the mail-order-hungry masses,” Andy Ostroy, CEO of ALC of New York, said in a statement.
ALC of New York handles insert programs for mailers such as Ross-Simons, One Step Ahead, Hammacher Schlemmer, Home Trends, Smith & Hawken and The Wine Enthusiast.
