ALC of New York LLC announced the formation of its Growth Strategies Group, a strategic consulting division.
Polly Bickel, former manager of customer acquisition at Williams-Sonoma, joined ALC of NY as associate vice president, strategic consulting to lead the group. She reports to company president/partner Donna Belardi. Bickel has held marketing positions at RedEnvelope and Eddie Bauer.
ALC of NY account executive Julie Mak, who joined the firm in February, also will work in the new division.
The division was formed to better assist clients with their multichannel marketing strategies, according to ALC of NY.
