Urban Opportunities was built from the Vanguarde Media subscriber files of Heart & Soul, Honey and Savoy magazines with supplemental names added through modeling. It targets the affluent ethnic market.
Subscribers are 75 percent female and have an average age of 25. The cost of the program is $30/M.
