Air Force Reserve Picks PRC for Inbound

Teleservices provider Precision Response Corp. has won a multi-year contract to provide inbound telephone support for the U.S. Air Force Reserve's direct response recruitment advertising campaigns, the company said yesterday.

PRC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, will provide agents from its 1,500-employee call center in Miami to service the contract. The value of the agreement was not disclosed.

TMP Worldwide, the recruitment advertising firm hired by the Air Force Reserve to help lead its direct response recruitment efforts, selected PRC for the contract. PRC's telephone agents will handle inbound response, gather information from potential recruits and forward that information to the reserve's regional recruiters.

PRC also will provide its customized customer relationship management technology to the Air Force Reserve.

PRC also provides help desk and technical support to the U.S. Army's Army University Access Online Program, an online education program for soldiers. Other PRC clients include American Express, AT&T, British Airways, DirectTV, FedEx and Priceline.com.
