Alterian, Chicago, a database marketing and customer insight solutions provider, said yesterday that Acxiom Corp., Little Rock, AR, implemented Alterian's recently released List Manager product.
Alterian List Manager is an end-to-end solution for list owners, brokers and list production organizations based on Alterian's database engine. It provides a complete integrated system that includes:
· A visualization-led interface that lets list buyers or sales people immediately generate counts and refine them on the fly, using an intuitive graphical interface. Selections can be segmented based on multiple criteria, improving accuracy, and multiple formats of order specification can be output and sent to the client.
· After order confirmation, List Manager manages the workflow around the production and output of the associated list.
· Production users can prioritize output and manage lists, and are provided with an advanced administration capability over the system.
· Advanced facilities for loading and updating new lists are included, and full functionality around inclusion and exclusion of prior orders, client files and the application of statistical models is also provided.
