Act One Lists has launched ListKwik , an online counts and order entry system. Users can instantly query and download response and compiled consumer, lifestyle, business, executive, mortgage, new mover and new homeowner lists at wholesale prices.
“The industry’s continuing advances in technology facilitate the need for vendors to be more expedient,” said Steve Cushinksy, president of Act One Lists.
ListKwik lets clients run queries and download the data themselves at any time, he said.
Available master files include the consumer master file, a multi-sourced, data-enriched, consumer file containing information on 111 million households and 220 million individuals. Selects include age, income, ethnicity, wealth, gender, homeowner/renter, length of residence, marital status, home value, education level, occupation, children’s presence/age/gender, languages spoken, religion, vehicle ownership/value, lifestyle preferences, hobbies/interests, mortgage information, home details, mail-order history, donor types and credit card uses.
The mortgage master file contains information from 1 million deed transactions per month obtained from county recorder offices. It can be selected by most consumer demographic criteria coupled with 50 specific data elements about the mortgages, loans, lenders, the home and property.
The Hispanic master file identifies 10 million U.S. Hispanic households.
