Access Direct opened two call centers in Iowa, a 100-seat facility in Cedar Falls and a 120-workstation facility in Keokuk.
The Keokuk call center employs 200 people. The center in Cedar Rapids employs 200. The two new centers bring the company's total workstations in Iowa to 1,650 and total employment to 2,000. Access Direct operates 10 centers in Iowa.
The new sites will let Access Direct expand its client base and take new work from existing clients, the company said. It provides inbound and outbound telemarketing services specializing in the financial, insurance, mortgage, publishing, utilities and telecommunications industries.
