Abercrombie & Fitch Picks CallTech for Teleservices

CallTech Communications yesterday announced a contract with Abercrombie & Fitch to provide outsourced teleservices for abercrombie, the cataloger’s children’s division.

Financial terms of the contract were not released.

CallTech, Columbus, OH, will provide phone customer support for abercrombie customers initially and later will add e-mail support.

In addition to Columbus, CallTech operates contact centers in Fort Myers, FL, and Brownsville, PA. The company has been in business since 1996 and specializes in Web-enabled call centers.

Abercrombie & Fitch is CallTech’s first major retail client. Other CallTech clients include BellSouth, Priceline.com and Universal Studios.
