Precision Response Corp. said yesterday it was selected by seniors advocacy organization AARP for outsourced customer care, including inbound and outbound telephone communications.
Precision Response, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, will provide teleservices to AARP from its call center in Sunrise, FL. It also will provide electronic and conventional mail processing services to the organization.
Financial terms of the three-year agreement were not disclosed.
Nonprofit AARP is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to promoting issues important to people 50 and older. Precision Response is a division of USA Interactive and provides e-mail management, employee care, interactive voice response, Web services and fulfillment in addition to teleservices.
