Amy Liu, Director of Marketing, Clarifai
Amy is Clarifai’s director of marketing, as well as being a US Air Force veteran. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago.
What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?
Building the Clarifai brand from the ground up as the first marketer at the company. We’re known in the market today as the independent AI startup alongside billion dollar tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, and we’ve only just raised our Series B.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 under 40 honorees?
A person who feels appreciated will always do more than expected. It’s true whether you’re talking about your customers, your employees, or your significant other!
What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?
After building a successful brand from scratch, I’d love to build a successful company from scratch in the next five years.
What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?
