Tracy Kobzeff has more than a decade of experience in marketing and e-commerce.

Kobzeff has built innovative marketing programs across a number of verticals, including subscription commerce, digital content, fashion, and entertainment. She’s currently the director of product marketing and monetization for leading dating site eHarmony.com, where she oversees cross-channel customer marketing.

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

Launching a content and commerce partnership that included a mobile app livestream from the New Orleans Jazz Fest and doubling my brand’s mobile app installs by marketing the livestream.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Strive for excellence, and don’t be satisfied with mediocre results. Be an example to your team by always giving 100% and encouraging them to do the same.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

I hope to continue expanding my marketing expertise and help brands define a voice, image, and customer experience that is truly best in class.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

As a kid I was an area spelling bee champ.
