What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?
I am most proud of the growth of our company and people. When I look at where Acronym is today, I can’t believe I joined the digital services business as employee number two in 2001. Today, we have 100 employees in countries around the world, working with some of the best-known global brands.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?
Build your own informal board of directors for career and life advice and nurture these relationships. Recognize early on that success does not come from being the smartest person in the room.
What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?
In the next five years we want to expand our technology stack to deepen our service offering and expand our physical presence to additional markets beyond New York, London, and Singapore.
What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?
I am an exercise fiend. I have mastered the art of holding a conference call and typing from my StairMaster without letting on that I am actually working out.
